What is the Manager Forum?
The Manager Forum is a virtual learning
community for learning critical skills necessary
for leading in today’s geographically dispersed
organizations. The Manager Forum is designed
for managers who lead virtual teams, manage
functions or teams with which they are not
co-located, and are responsible for the
performance results of teams separated by time
and distance. (Sample titles of participants
include: Manager, Senior Manager, Director,
Team Leader.)
To address the demands of time, travel, and cost
containment, the Manager Forum is delivered
virtually – via teleconferences and online
support. This dynamic and skills-focused Forum
delivers content that will help you become a
more successful leader by leveraging your
existing leadership and managerial capabilities
for effectiveness in the evolving virtual
workplace.
