What is the Executive
Forum?
The Executive Forum is
an exclusive learning community for sharing best practices of high-performing virtual
organizations, key strategies for success in the geographically dispersed workplace,
and critical skills for effectiveness as a senior virtual leader. The Executive
Forum is designed for senior officers and operations managers with P&L accountability
and oversight of virtual teams, distributed operations, global units that must collaborate.
(Sample titles of participants include: CEO, COO, Executive VP, Senior VP,
Director, Managing Director.)
In the spirit of the
evolving virtual workplace, this Executive Forum is designed virtually — via teleconferences,
telephone coaching and online interactions. This dynamic and issues-focused
Forum will deliver content that will help you become a more successful visionary
and practical leader as your organization joins the increasingly flatter global
economy.

Members are selected based on the level of experience and breadth of virtual leader responsibilities that enables them to both learn from and contribute to other members of the Executive Forum.

high-impact 75-minute bi-monthly group teleconference training (total of 6) facilitated by Debra
Dinnocenzo. Each teleconference will focus on key issues associated with Virtual
Team Leadership. You’ll be able to ask questions and make suggestions about
content prior to each teleconference, and there will also be a live Q&A session
as part of each teleconference training. (Teleconferences will
be recorded and made available should you be unable to attend.)

| Access to issue-focused 75-minute bi-monthly group teleconference with a guest expert
(total of 6).
Hear from guest speakers who are experts, researchers or leaders with expertise
in virtual workplace issues. Learn the powerful techniques, research, and
observations these experts share. Input prior to each teleconference, as well as
Q&A during the event, will characterize these sessions. (Teleconferences will
be recorded and made available should you be unable to attend.)

one-on-one
coaching session each month
with Debra Dinnocenzo to provide for laser-focused work in areas that are of greatest
benefit to you personally and professionally. Topics for individualized coaching
will be determined to best help you become a more effective virtual leader. (Additional coaching sessions
available upon request and with additional fee.)

private online forum
for exchange of ideas/strategies/techniques for effective leadership in virtual
organizations. This allows for connection between Executive Forum members
between real-time interactions during teleconferences and provides for threaded
discussions on topics of greatest interest to you and other Executive Forum members.
